Phrasal Adjectives are also known as compound adjectives is a phrase that usually modifies a noun. When by using just a couple of words one is able to modify or define a noun the term used for such phrases is called phrasal adjectives. For Example razor-sharp wit, here the two words razor and sharp are separated by a hyphen and these completely defines a noun that is wit.
